Receipt, Storage, & Staging Partner Warehouse Operations

This term refers to what will happen from the time materials arrive until the time they leave the facility.

It is important for both County and Host Warehouse staff to be aware of the entire process from start to finish.

The County staff on site will be charged with:

• Maintaining counts of the inventory in the Warehouse
• Maintaining counts of the inventory supplied to Sites
• Printing all documentation needed for each delivery
• Signing for the receipt of materials delivered to the Warehouse

The Host Warehouse staff on site will be charged with:

• Relaying counts of incoming inventory to the County Staff for inventory tracking purposes
• Moving items to the Storage Area (where they will reside until ordered)
• Picking items from the storage area according to the Pick Lists supplied by the County Staff
• Staging picked orders in the staging area for verification, wrapping, and labeling
• Loading of the delivery vehicles
